The U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decisions in matters closely tied to topics of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) do not affect our company’s ongoing commitment to these principles. DEI is not only morally right – it is essential to our success. DEI in the workplace results in greater innovation, performance, collaboration, employee engagement, employee retention and business growth. Consistent with applicable law, we will continue to implement our DEI strategy to ensure our company reflects the communities in which we live and serve.
