Economic inclusion and business diversity
We recognize that supplier diversity creates a competitive advantage for our company and positively impacts the global community. Enabling small and diverse businesses to share and grow in the global market will allow us to compete more effectively.
Creating economic empowerment through diversity & inclusion
We create economic opportunities by procuring products and services from small businesses and from minority-, women-, veteran-, veteran disabled-, service disabled, disability-, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT)-owned business enterprises. As a member of the Billion Dollar Roundtable, we’ve committed to spending $4.4 billion by 2030 and have developed an enterprise-level strategy to meet our goals.
