Creating a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
We provide comprehensive and practical guidance and support for diversity and inclusion across all business practices and systems. That includes driving greater sponsorship and accountability, inspiring collaboration of cross-divisional and cross-cultural teams, and fostering a disability inclusive and confident culture.
Ambassador teams
Our five ambassador teams work to integrate diversity, equity and inclusion across all areas of our company and the work we do — from our partnerships to the patients we serve.
Employee business resource groups
Our 10 employee business resource groups (EBRGs) represent approximately 21,500 members worldwide.
Global Diversity and Inclusion Experience month
Every September, we dedicate a full month to celebrating our important work and identifying new opportunities for growth
Disability inclusion
We value the importance of a disability-confident workforce and work to ensure people with disabilities are included and prepared to succeed in all areas of our business.
Economic inclusion and business diversity
We create economic opportunities by procuring products and services from small businesses and from minority-, women-, veteran-, veteran disabled-, service disabled, disability-, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT)-owned business enterprises.
